Ketapang Beach is a coastal area located near the northwestern tip of Penang Island, in the vicinity of the Penang National Park. It is a natural beach area characterized by its quiet environment and coastal vegetation, including the Ketapang (Sea Almond) trees from which it takes its name.

The beach is accessible via hiking trails from Teluk Bahang or by boat. It serves as a tranquil spot for nature lovers and is part of the rugged coastline that remains largely undeveloped compared to the more popular tourist beaches on the island.
