The tower stands sixty feet tall, with each foot representing one year of the queen's reign.
The clock tower is one of the most iconic and photographed symbols of George Town's colonial past. It is situated in a historically significant area, close to Fort Cornwallis and the Esplanade, and it serves as a beautiful and enduring reminder of the city's connection to the British Empire.
