About Bukit Langkap
Bukit Langkap is a modest hill located north of Bukit Mertajam in Seberang Perai, bordering the Butterworth-Kulim Expressway (BKE). Standing at approximately 180 meters, it is widely known for being the site of Suling Hill, a private hilltop retreat that is open to the public.
The hill provides a straightforward hiking experience via a paved road that leads to the summit. From the top, hikers can enjoy panoramic views of the Mengkuang Dam and the surrounding countryside. The area is also famous for its seasonal durian orchards, where various local fruit varieties are cultivated.
