Processed cuttlefish, water spinach (kangkung), prawn paste (hae ko), sweet sauce, crushed peanuts, sesame seeds, chili paste.
The sauce is similar to Rojak sauce but sweeter. Ji Hu" is Hokkien for Cuttlefish, "Eng Chai" is Spinach."
